Monday's email to customers who still read our emails
Sends by itself on Monday. To change anything, say so before Mon 19 Oct, 10am Pacific.
A short thank-you from Nick, with no sale and no links, from our new address, nc@opus.life. It asks people to hit reply, and every reply teaches Gmail and Yahoo to trust opus.life, so our Black Friday emails land in the inbox.
When: Mon 19 Oct at 1pm in each customer's own time zone (the first go out at 10am Pacific, 1pm Eastern).
To: about 500 customers who've bought from us and opened one of our emails in the last 30 days or clicked one in the last 60.
Replies: land in our support inbox (Zendesk), not Nick's own inbox. The email says "It comes straight to me," so whoever answers Zendesk needs to send each reply on to Nick.
